“J Mix” joined The Compact Disc Jockeys in 2005, after years of performing as an independent DJ. Along with sharp mixing skills, Julio is able to MC in English or Spanish. “J Mix” enjoys mixing sets of various genres to suit all guests and has expertise in Latin Music (traditional to contemporary). The Brooklyn native (with Ecuadorian roots) earned a BA in Communications from City College. Says Julio, “It’s great to be part of an organization that knows how to combine party time with professionalism.”
