Whether you choose a five-piece band or a single DJ, your music
will set the tone–so to speak–for your entire event.
John Hubela, founder and president of The Compact Disc Jockeys,
says "At more intimate affairs, a live band may overwhelm the
number of guests. A DJ can provide high-quality sounds about one-third
the cost of the band."
Consider (the DJ's) appearance, attitude, and involvement with
the gathering, just as you would with a band. "Make sure
that he has a wide variety of music available" Hubela advises.
